I've now had my solartube for a few years now and it is great! I have a guest bathroom at the end of a hallway that was always dark due to there being no windows in the bathroom or hallway. A good friend of mine that works for Solargreen (Morgan) showed me some examples of solartubes, and then I decided to go with it. The solartube was fairly quickly approved by my HOA for install. Also, the solartube is great in that it gives me tons for natural sunlight, but allows me privacy that a window in my bathroom wouldn't be able to give; and it was all installed in one day. My solartube was quick, convenient, and efficient; a truly great home addition! :-) BK

Excellent service, well beyond what I expected, fast easy installation. My only complaint I have would be around the girls in the office, they are a bit spacey, but if you get the right one things are done quick and efficient. Amazing products, thank you very much Sam and Pete (got a solo-tube as well as an indowindow and could not be happier!

We are extremely happy with a 3, 10inch Solatubes that were installed. 2 are basic and 1 has the lighted component. We could not be happier with how they turned out. The guys that came on site to do the roof inspection were very honest in terms of what to expect during certain times of year (winter the sun is lower, so there would be less light) and pointing out large trees near our home that would create shade during part of the day, causing less light). When they were onsite they were respectful of my belongings and cleaned the area when they were finished. Very professional and great customer service.

This is the second time these folks have done an installation of Solatube for me. They are very professional. The price is a good value for money. On the first installation they installed 2 large and 2 small Solatubes. This time even though my wife thought the larger Solatube was necessary the installer, Ash, a very nice guy and professional assured her the smaller one would be sufficient. We listened to him and he was right. I recommend them very highly.

Great job! Came out to install and realized the size we had chosen would not be big enough, but they had the next size with them and installed that day. So glad they did! Brightened up my kitchen - I love my Solartube! This is the 5th house I have install Solartubes. Daylight Concepts did an excellent job - very professional.

Our living room was always dark without the lights on but with our tubes we frequently check to see if we left the lights on before leaving home! They've made an incredible difference.

Our den was so dark that it was depressing. I replaced bulbs with higher watt bulbs, and even though the replacements made the room tolerable, it was still dark. Our kitchen was almost as bad, even after I replaced some of those bulbs as well. When hail damaged our roof, my wife and I talked with the roofer about installing some solar tubes, but we didn't have confidence that they knew enough about solar lighting. So I searched online for someone in the area, and Daylight Rangers came up. They offered a free in-home consultation, so I booked a consultation with them. Scott, the guy who came to the house, was tremendous. He spent about an hour looking at our house, going into the attic to see what was possible, and gave us his recommendations. We had four solar tubes installed, and the light they let in TRANSFORMED our house to such an extent that we almost were disappointed we didn't have more rooms that needed them! We can hardly believe it's the same house, and instead of avoiding the den and kitchen, we live being in them. My wife and I recommend Daylight Rangers, and we would use them again if we ever needed to. Their service, integrity, the quality of their work, and the ease we had dealing with them made them a pleasure to do business with.

Extremely happy with our SOLA-LITE. Completely lights up our previously dark kitchen. Brad did an excellent job installing unit and was finished within 2 hours. Highly recommend this product if you have dark areas in your home.

Amazing!!! Between my parents house, our last house and current home ~ We have had 9 daylight ranger solatubes installed. These tubes draw light into your home. Quick installation, never had a problem. 'Scott-O' is the best at installation. And not just installation, but Scott helps in proper placement to maximize sunlight. This company is top notch! I have no negatives only positives to say.

We just purchased our second SolaTube from Daylight Rangers. Even thought they're the only company installing SolaTube in the area (so they're your one choice if SolaTube's what you want - which you definitely do!!), I'd still choose Daylight Rangers if they had a ton of competition. They're friendly, informative, know their business, do great work and respond to requests and phone calls promptly. Bottom line: they take care of their customers and offer a great product.

We got three installed last year and love them - 2 in the living room and 1 in the foyer. What a difference they have made in our home. We feel so much happier with all the light! We are in the process of getting another installed in our second bedroom now! We should have done that one last year too! If we decide to sell our house down the road, I'm sure the resale value will be much higher - the solatubes have made that much of a difference!

Scott arrived a little late due to DFW traffic. However, he made up lost time by installing the solar tube in a little over an hour. There was no mess to clean up, and Scott was very efficient in handling the task at hand. We paid the agreed to price by plastic. All in all, the decision to have this energy saver installed was a very good one. Since that day, we have not had to use any lights in the bathroom or hallway during the day, even if it is overcast outside. I highly recommend Daylight Rangers for their friendliness, cooperation, patience while we considered everything, and their professionalism.

Daylight Rangers did a great job siting and installing our two solatubes earlier this year. I love the extra daylight and the fact that the sunlight is not fading anything. The two tubes were installed in one morning and they communicated the price, product and installation time perfectly. I definitely recommend Daylight Rangers.

Had three skylights and a light kit installed.

Sam showed up on time to discuss options and helped decide placement of Solatube. Was ready to do work right away --- about 2 hrs. total! Great service and our little interior bath isn't dark any longer.

Everything went just as expected, except Scott was a tad late because he had to travel from Plano to Arlington in 25 minutes. That doesn't happen even on a Sunday at 6AM. The install took just over an hour, and the result has been fantastic. We hardly use the light in the bathroom except at night. This saves energy.

We had three solatubes installed in our home in Denton two years ago. Two of these have the light fixtures inside and utilized existing holes in the ceiling. The solatubes really do brighten up the areas where they were installed, even on cloudy days. I have recommended Daylight Rangers to my neighbors who have asked about solatubes.

I have had nothing but amazing service with this company! I have had several tubes installed in my house, some of them replaced existing skylights. The work was extensive in removing the existing skylights and during the consult, before any work was done, the estimator explained to me exactly what was going to happen and what I could expect. I was so surprised about all the work they could accomplish in just a matter of hours. They were extremely professional and when the job was complete, they left my house cleaner than it was before they started. As far as the amount of daylight that these tubes bring in, it is better than any skylight that I have ever had. I catch myself trying to turn off the light switch all the time, even though the light is not on. I really can't stand it when people use these sights to try to tear down good quality company's.

We had Solatubes in a previous house so there was never a question about product quality. But the real concern was installation quality--with holes being cut into our brand-new roof by strangers. Fortunately Daylight Rangers came through with flying colors. The salespeople were not only trustworthy but looked for ways to save us money. The installation team was completely professional. I watched as the senior member of that install team double-checked every step done by the junior member. It was subtle, maybe so the junior member didn't even see it happening, but I saw it and was very appreciative. (By the way, nothing needed to be fixed, because the junior guy did it all perfectly, but two sets of eyes made sure of that.) Scheduling was easy and communication was often and clear. They even got the city-required permits for us. But what's really nice is knowing the holes in your roof were done right by people you can trust. I highly recommend Daylight Rangers.

Solatube Daylighting Systems bring in natural full spectrum light to interior rooms formerly limited to artificial light. My bathrooms located in the center of the house were convenient for all but always required artificial light. Now our mornings are filled with mood enhancing natural sunlight with color matching capability just like natural sunlight. Great way to start the day. Daylight Rangers, local dealer for Solatube, is courteous, knowledgeable and timely. The Daylight Rangers staff is family oriented and offer family values to their clients. They show up on time, handle their business, and depart without leaving a mess for their clients to clean up.

These guys have installed two Solatubes and a solar attic fan over the years. I have one in my home, one in my business and an attic fan on my roof. Love them. Great products and service. No leaks. I always get responsive service. I really own these products. Great stuff. I don't think the other reviewers are really customers.

I would highly recommend Daylight Concepts for anyone who has dark areas in their home they need to brighten up. From my first phone call to completed work they were professional on all levels. The girls in the office were very informative, making sure I understood the product and gave me an estimated cost up front. No high pressure sales with hidden costs at all. They scheduled my appointment and confirmed the day before. When the technicians were running a little behind they called and let me know, didn't leave me hanging wondering when they would arrive. The technicians were very thorough and patient in helping me make a decision on the best location. They set up went to work and I love the results. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves although there wasn't much to clean.The installation was done in less than two hours. What a difference it made to my room. I wish I had done this sooner. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a home improvement company ever. what a pleasure to do business with such a professional and courteous staff. I had an amazing experience with Daylight Rangers/Solatube. I had two installed in my living room which had not even one window. At first the light was so intense I asked them to come back and modifty it and they absolutely did just that. It's really wonderful to walk into a room that was so dark in the daytime and have great natural light. I can have plants now. You get none of the heat transfer you get with a skylight the area is always cool in the summer. I bought the light kit to add on and the dimmer and the electrician totally messed up the tube but Mr Swanson the owner fixed it back good as new. I dealt with Flora from the office and she explained everything and spend so much time making sure I got the look exactly as I wanted it.

Purchased three SolaTubes and love them. Daylight Concepts' installation crew was prompt and efficient. They laid down tarps in the work areas and vacuumed up afterwards.

I had a small drops of water coming from the skylight area after it rained.. Peter spent a lot of time surveying my skylight and didn't see any obvious problems and gave me a couple of options on what I could do.

We had 2 Solatube skylights installed in our house. The install guys were very professional. The skylights really do make a difference. I would highly recommend using these guys if anyone is thinking about adding skylights to their house or business.

I had one Solatube installed about 9 years ago and had another one installed in another room a week ago. After some torrential rains it had a very small leak. I contacted Daylight Concepts and a tech showed up the next day to take care of it. This is just one of the reasons I am so impressed with this business. Installation was under 2 hrs., my home was spotless, the room was well lit by a single 160ds tube (this tube replaced a 2x4 standard skylight which I had to cover at a cost of $600, because it leaked so badly and so often). Please take this advice....DO NOT EVER put in a standard skylight...put in a Solatube from Daylight Concepts. Your satisfaction will be immeasurable.

After nine months of having two Solatubes installed, I could not be happier. The installation was great, the service very professional and friendly. The transformation to the living room and guest bathroom is wonderful. Both rooms went from caves to light filled rooms. We often do not have to turn on a light in either space until near sunset. Guests try to turn the lights off in the bathroom, just to realize its the tube. The tubes even gather light from the street light outside at night. So we have dim nightlights in both rooms free of charge. One thing I daily smile at are the rainbows case by the Optiview Diffuser in the guest bath. There is just something cheerful about the colorful beams of lights. When we remodel the kitchen and in any future house we buy, we intend to install more Solatubes. They have been our best home improvement investment to date.

I did my share of searching for the best skylight for my office space at home. When I got enough of the fluorecent lights hanging over my head I got a tip from a friend that had a Solatube installed at his house a couple months ago. I had to go to his house to believe these things really work. What a difference, the kitchen did not even looked the same. I call the toll free number they have and got my 2 solatubes in within a week. That was a month ago and I can tell you my head aches are gone, no more searching for a solution and perfect natural light on top of my head...worth every penny!

WOW! We had a 14" Solatube installed in our Kitchen and what a difference it made. Cooking is so much easier when you can really SEE what you are doing. Now we don't have to turn all those "eyeball" lights on and add more heat to what the stove and oven already create! Installation went so well and quickly without any mess.....bathroom is next on the list!
